The BusinessJet Class Crew Management System will provide you with the most up-to-date information from
which to base decisions for sickness replacement, disruption to services, and training requirements.
- Validation checks - whenever a schedule changes, whether it is a cancellation, addition or timing change,
validation checks are made on all operating crew to ensure adherence to company policies and part 135
regulations, including flight and duty hours, minimum rest, or impact on a critical expiry such as
a medical check or similar requirement.
The system Validates all changes to a crew's roster actioned by the Flight Operations department,
and ensures all changes meet all constraints relating to crew, company Key Performance Indicators,
the Safety Management Program, ARG/US TripCHEQ requirement, and FAA regulation.
- Facilitates and validates all crew personal trip swaps.
- Validates changes to the data from the automated distribution system.
- Tracks and manages all roster changes made post-roster issue and ensures those changes do not impact on the scheduled charters.
- Monitors items such as planned recurrent training requirements, impact of disrupted duty or flight times, alterations and new events and how they affect the live roster, and the construction of subsequent rosters.
- Depending on your HR and payroll systems capabilities, feeds electronic information to the Human Resources and Payroll Systems.
