Charter rates are determined by the carrier and vary by aircraft size, range, airports used, flight time,
crew charges for overnight stays, and other ancillary charges such as deicing or hangar charges.
BusinessJet Class subscriber agencies provide passengers with final all inclusive quotes unlike the majority of computerized
systems and charter brokers and/operators who provide you with price "estimates" and usually insert serious disclaimers such as:
"All prices quoted are estimates. Additional charges such as parking, hangar, facility use fees, customs,
deicing, international operations charges, handling fees, flight phone use, catering, etc. are billed as incurred." Or
"Cost does not include additional catering, transportation, landing/ramp/parking fees, deicing fees, etc."
When your travel agent books a charter flight on BusinessJet Class, you have peace of mind: The price is final. In addition:
- Once your flight is confirmed, BusinessJet Class guarantees departure by securing an aircraft of equal or greater size for
the rare cases where the air-charter operator cannot meet the schedule agreed upon.
- BusinessJet Class will absorb or refund the fare difference when unexpected events, outside the control of the passenger, affect the fare intially quoted.
However, if you wish special catering or use the flight phone you will be of course charged separately, but separate charges
will occur only in those two cases.
Charter operators have the ability to assign any number of rules to their fares. Such rules concern refunds, cancellations, and exchanges, and other
parameters as listed below. However the standard rules used by charter operators on BusinessJet Class are as follows:
Cancelations:
Cancellation within 24 Hours of departure is subject to 20% penalty.
Changes:
Each time the itinerary is changed, a recalculation of the fare is made and charged accordingly.
There are no penalties for changes of itinerary or departure time if the scheduled departure day
remains unchanged and the mission is still possible with the same equipment. If changes in
departure date or mission result in the cancellation of the equipment within 24 hours of
departure, a 20% penalty will apply.
Form of Payment:
The American Express Card is the only card payment that is currently accepted subject to authorization
by credit card holder bank. The authorization must return a full match on the card holder address,
and CSC. Voice confirmation for the charge may be requested prior to confirmation of the booking.
Final confirmation of reservation will occur when payment is credited to our account. All payments
are kept on escrow until departure is confirmed by the Aircraft Operator.
Minimum Charge:
A minimum charge of 2 hour flight time will be applied per day. The same applies when aircraft
is on stand by. Charges do not include catering, Limo, Hotel or other special requests the passenger(s) may have.
Passenger Identification:
All passengers are required to present a Driver.s License or Passport prior to boarding the aircraft.
Passengers whose names are not on the passenger manifest or who do not present proper IDs may be
denied boarding in which case the lead passenger will be assessed a 20% penalty for trip cancellation.
Safety and
Security:
The Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) may from time to
time issue safety and security recommendations and/or regulations. The Aircraft Operator will inform
the Passenger(s) of these recommendations and/or regulations at the time of departure. If the
passenger(s) refuse to comply with these directives, the Aircraft Operator reserves the right to
cancel the trip and charge a 20% cancellation fee to the passenger.
Luggage:
Aircraft cabin size and legal takeoff weight determines the ultimate limit on passenger luggage.
Typically luggage compartment will hold 200 lbs of luggage. If transporting pets in the passenger cabin,
please insert a remark in the PNR at least 48 hours prior to departure date. The aircraft operator will
then advise the procedure for the safe transport of the pet. Although the pilot in command and crew
will do their best to accommodate the passenger(s), the pilot in command always has the final say on
what goes on board the aircraft. If the passenger(s) refuse to comply with the Captain's recommendations
or directives, the Aircraft Operator reserves the right to cancel the trip and charge a 20%
cancellation fee to the passenger.
