Our General Conditions of Carriage are made in accordance with the recommended practice of International Air Transport Association (IATA) and reflect the general conditions set forth by our featured Carriers. If any provision of these Conditions of Carriage is invalid under any applicable law, the other provisions shall nevertheless remain valid.

Our featured Carriers operate under Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR §135) and have been selected by us for their platinum and gold rating by ARG/US (Aviation Research Group/US), a leading authority on aviation safety. ARG/US delivers on-site, multi-day audit verification applied against rigorous safety and operational standards. They also provide ongoing, real-time audits and assessments of every operator, aircraft and pilot in our program.
