The positions:
BusinessJet Class is seeking to fill 3 regional sales positions to sell its technology solutions for air-charter operators.
The successful candidate(s) will be put in charge of planning and implementing successful regional marketing and
sales strategies for all BusinessJet Class Products with private jet charter operators. The BusinessJet Class product
line includes, but is not limited to: Automated Distributions Systems, Revenue Management and Cost accounting systems,
Aircraft and Crew Scheduling, and Safety Management Systems, as well as access to alliances that leverage the use of
technology to create sustainable collaborative solutions designed to strengthen small and medium size carriers.
This Position requires continuous interaction with customers and with the BusinessJet Class Sales and Marketing team in
charge of travel agency relationship. Meeting short term targets is essential.
Duties:
- Analyze the market, propose to the company, organize, prepare and implement sales campaigns destined at winning BusinessJet Class opportunities. Work closely with charter operators.
- Prepare order intake, sales budget and forecasts for the territory.
- Establish and implement the Marketing and Sales Action plan for the area for all the BusinessJet Class product line. Update a regular follow-up of this Action Plan.
- Visit the customers on a project specific basis. Coordinate and supervise the marketing visits to the air charter operators of the territory.
- Assist BusinessJet Class sales force by providing “Standard Proposals” and “Presentations” for the most common BusinessJet Class products.
- Prepare and coordinate the participation of BusinessJet Class in the regional Trade Shows, and Industry Meetings.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university, or 10+ years of proven consultative sales and account management experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in selling to air-charter operators.
- An outstanding ability to communicate value and benefits to both business and technical client audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership characteristics and professional presentation skills.
- Must be excellent at prospecting, cold calling, identifying opportunities and closing business quickly.
- Must be highly creative, and have an "out of the box" approach to solutions development, and problem solving.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Comfortable in a PC environment, using Microsoft word processing, database, and spreadsheet programs.
Work Environment:
Virtual office and field work conditions. Extensive travel required, between 30-40%.
