This includes controlling the use of information you provide to BusinessJetClass.com, its airline affiliates, and BusinessJetClass.com partners. 1) What information does BusinessJetClass.com collect and how do we use it?
When making a reservation on BusinessJetClass.com, BusinessJetClass.com collects the following passenger information: Name, Address, E-mail address, Home and work phone numbers, Fax number and similar information about your travel agency.

We use this information for a variety of purposes, including targeting specific travel agencies for special offers. In addition, we may retain certain flight information and ask you to provide us with the passenger's airport of preference and a billing address to verify the passenger's credit card. Although we use passenger's credit card information to process their reservation, we do not store Credit Card information anywhere on our systems. When you send us an email, we will retain the content of the email, your email address, our response and the text of any follow-up questions you may have. We use this information to measure how effectively we address customer concerns online.

2) How is my information protected?
BusinessJetClass.com uses 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology and Private Communication Technology (PCT) security standards supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher to protect your online transactions. We also use the information you provide during the agency registration or as part of the reservation process to customize the content of our site to meet your specific needs and to make product improvements to BusinessJetClass.com. We do not sell individual customer names or other private profile information to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future. We may share User names and email addresses with our BusinessJetClass.com partners only for specific and pertinent promotional use but only if our customers have opted to receive promotional emails from BusinessJetClass.com partners.

4) How do I tell BusinessJetClass.com that I don't want to be contacted for promotional purposes? As a User of BusinessJetClass.com you have the option to receive updates from BusinessJetClass.com Partners about fare sales in your area, special offers, new BusinessJetClass.com services and noteworthy news.
